Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and branding associated with Customs by Xerise remain the property of Customs by Xerise. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs without written permission.

Product Disclaimer

All tumblers are handmade and customised to order. Slight variations in colour, glitter placement, and finish may occur and are not considered defects. Tumblers are hand-wash only and must not be soaked, dishwashed, or exposed to extreme heat.

Limitation of Liability

Customs by Xerise is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow care instructions, or delays and damage caused by third-party couriers (The Courier Guy). Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this notice limits any rights the customer may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms and notices are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
