Customs by Xerise

All sales are final. Because every tumbler is customised to the customer's chosen colours, effects, and design, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Refunds – Leaking Tumblers Only

Refunds will only be considered in the case of a leaking tumbler. To qualify:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You must provide clear photos and/or a video showing the leak.
• The tumbler must not show signs of misuse, drops, or damage after delivery.

If the claim is verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, incorrect colour selections made by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Chunky Mixed Glitter

Chunky mixed glitter is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Once sold and handed over, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
