Terms of service

By purchasing from Customs by Xerise, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

Customs by Xerise is a South African-based business selling handmade custom snowglobe tumblers and chunky mixed glitter. All products are made to order and customised to the customer's specifications.

2. Orders & Customisation

The customer is responsible for ensuring all customisation details are correct and final before submitting an order. Slight variations in colour, glitter placement, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the products. These are not defects.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. As each tumbler is customised to the customer's individual choices, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and in production. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after production has begun.

4. Refunds & Leaking Tumblers

Refunds will only be considered for a leaking tumbler. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos or a video showing the leak. If verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

5. Chunky Mixed Glitter

Chunky mixed glitter is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. Product Care

Tumblers are hand-washed only. Do not soak, dishwash, or expose to extreme heat. Customs by Xerise is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights the customer may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa that cannot lawfully be excluded.
