All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. We do not use any other courier service.

Processing Times

All items are handmade to order. Processing times will be communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur during periods of high demand.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated by The Courier Guy and are not guaranteed. Customs by Xerise is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before your order is finalised.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from The Courier Guy.

Delivery & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Customs by Xerise is not responsible for loss or damage caused by The Courier Guy after dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Customs by Xerise is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery costs will be for the customer's account.
